I applied online. I interviewed at Rockwood Clinic (Spokane, WA)
Interview
I applied online, it took two days for a call back. I did a short phone screen asking which departments I'd be interesting in working in, etc., then scheduled my interview. My Interview was at the HR office, with two women . I did not receive an offer on the spot. I received a call the following week from the head of the department, and asked to come in to meet with the doctor I'd be working with.

Interview
I applied online, it took a little over a month for a call back. I did a short phone screen ( about 3 questions) then scheduled my interview. My Interview was at the HR office, with two women that were very friendly. Overall I felt that it went well. I did not receive an offer on the spot, although I feel very confident with how the interview went. They are hiring for quite a few positions and due to my scheduling needs they are going to see where I will fit best and will call me within a few business days to let me know.

The first contact was by phone, outlining the position requirements and shift availability. I went to my scheduled appointment and was brought back. We talked for 10-15 minutes, then took a brief tour of the work area. Salary was not mentioned at any point in the process until I asked at the very end.
