The interview was very casual. He asked about projects. He also asked to send example websites that you have built. He also asked about strengths and weaknesses. It was more so cultural.

Interviewer was exchanging multiple needless emails - looked like from his cellphone. Questions/answers in emails weren't looking professional to me, more casual conversation type. Got late for phone interview for 15 min! It was mostly his speech, no conversation. Said will get back in a week - never happened.
