I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Rolls-Royce (Derby, England) in Feb 2016
Interview
Fab interviewers.
Really nice, very friendly. No need to be nervous.
Very inspiring company.
2 interview steps
1- panel
2- in depth 2 hour interview
Met with the current intern. got a good gist of the role.
Great atmosphere and working environment
Some of the interview questions were hard- make sure you don't oversell yourself.
The interview was tough, will ask 3-4 different scenarios and react on the spot, the tough part is getting to impress the interviewer. Do your prep, stay calm and just do without expectation i guess.
I applied online. I interviewed at Rolls-Royce (Indianapolis, IN) in Oct 2024
Interview
They set up a 30-minute call and asked behavioral questions, stating that they would write your answers and send them to a hiring manager. They did not have much information about the job itself as the person conducting the interview was mainly just a hiring interviewer.
