Had a telephone interview with two interviewers, where I answered the following questions: a. About a Compressor Blade Failure, b. Three of my skills, that I consider most important for the specific opening. Was invited in the assessment center in Bristol, UK where I had: a. Made a presentation about myself, b. Had a technical interview with two parts, one was technical questions related to different experiences I had during my career. The second part consisted of technical questions related to a drawing of a specific gas turbine engine (Adour). c. Took a verbal test that was very time demanding. d. Had a group test, to construct a bridge that would carry balls (table tennis, tennis, cotton reel) from a point A on a table to point B on a different table next to the previous one (40 cm apart).
