Interview
First there was a phone interview with an HR rep that was very general with behavioral questions. Then there was a virtual interview with two managers that involved a lot of “describe a time when..” questions.

Q: What is a challenged you’ve faced and what did you learn from it?
Q: Describe a time you worked with a team and things did not go to plan.
Q: Describe a time you were on a tight deadline and how you handled it.
