Submitted an application, was then asked to do tests. They were SHL. After thats I was asked to attend an assessment centre. consisted of group exercise, written exercise, numerical tests, presentation and interview and technical interview

technical interview where I was shown a picture of a gas turbine and asked to point out potential problem areas in an engine. asked questions about vibrations
