Really straightforward, aked what skills you had that would make you a good parcel sorter, work experience and interest in the job. It was quite a quick interview and it was very laidback. As it was christmas temp work, they mainly wanted to know how much of the christmas period we'd be available to work.

      Interview

Posting online looking for casual workers over the festive period - initial application took around 10 minutes - very basic details required including work history. Within 48hrs I had a allocated 'registration event' time. It was essential to have printed initial application form off, as well as other basic documentation about address, NI, bank details etc. I arrived at got asked to hand over all relevant documents with staff cross-checked with application, and I got asked what shift pattern I would like (early 6am-2pm / evening 2pm-10pm or night 10pm-6am). I then had to sign terms of offer, and get my ID photograph taken.
