Assessment Day. We were around 30 people and they put us in a group of 6. The group I was in was ok (though there was a man who wanted to talk all the time about how much experience he had). There were around 12 or 15 managers, and they were nice. Around 5 or 6 different types of exercises, some of them seemed quite nonsense to me (but I don't work in HR) If you pass the assessment day, they call you for a personal interview (but I didn't pass- maybe they didn't like my superpower- so no clue about how it is.)
