They scheduled an interview with me and when I went to the meeting, no one showed up! I was completely ghosted. I reached out to the person who scheduled the interview, he apologized and said they would reschedule. Then a couple of days later I get an email that they are not moving forward with my application! Just a complete waste of time, and absolute disregard for the applicants’ time and energy. I spent a while preparing for that interview just to be treated like absolutely nothing. If this is any reflection of how the organization operates, I hope all candidates stay away.

How would you feel if you spent hours preparing for an interview just for non of the panel interviewers to show up?

Interview
I met with a panel of three people from RHRC on a Teams call. They seemed nice but read generic questions about me specifically and not my experience. They weren't able to answer any questions on the accounting positions because none of them had experience in that department.
Overall it was fine, but felt unprofessional and disorganized.
