Rustic Pathways Trip Leader interview questions

I applied on the online application and was invited for a first interview a few weeks later and then a second approximately a week later. The interviews were conducted via skype at a time both parties agreed upon and were lengthy, but very comfortable. They felt less like an interview and more like a conversation which I enjoyed.
