Interview

Screening was fine but the 2nd interview was unprofessional and wasn't with hiring manager. 3rd interview, one of the director didn't show up. Never received any communication, even after follow up after my final interview whether or not I got the job!

Considering the size of this firm and compared to other mid to big sized PR firm, they seem to have face-paced interview process which could be preferable to some candidates vice versa.

HR did not screen correctly for the skill set. team did not seem connected or energetic. Panel interview did not have structure. Managing Director seemed unsure of PR as a disciple so setting employee up for success seems undetermined
