Interview
You are invited to a room, where a manager will speak to you informally in regards to the role and the responsibilities. Nothing technical, there are no competency based questions or numerical tests. Afterwards they will invite you back to a group interview where they will tell you what the role entails. At this point basically everyone who attends are given the position.

apply for it online. gat a call and go for a face to face interview with a senior. very basic questions. any idiot could pass it. I think it is just a screening tool to make sure you can speak english
