Interview
Initial communication was phone interviews with 3 members of management. Then individual one on one interviews via telephone. Interviews were located on the west coast and I was on the east coast. Interviews were very pleasant and the best advice I can ofer anyone is to speak frankly. The people of SAIC are genuinely the nicest people I have ever worked bicoastly with.

Interview
Very smooth and to the point. Hiring manager was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The turn around time was a bit long but within reason. One of the best interviews I've had.

They asked me specific questions from my resume for me to give examples.
I met in person to interview for the wood shop manager position. Talked 1:1 with the shop manager. It was chill but I was too nervous since it was my first job interview.
