I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SAS (Cary, NC)
Interview
I was an intern over the summer and based off of performance, was given a return offer for a full-time job. In my case, I didn't have an extra interview to go along with the FT position, just a direct offer.

Question 1
Here are some of my internship questions: What are some techniques you can utilize to avoid overfitting in a deep neural network? How can you add context to input data to ensure that the neural network learns that context?
Interview process was quite weird. I gave interview for SAS when I was in 4th year of Engineering. It was mentioned on the job role, then need candidates who are graduating in 2024 (I was getting graduated in 2024 Aug too). I got a screening call from HR, we discussed about my prior internship experience and then he scheduled a Online Technical Interview.
Technical Interview was easy, they mostly asked questions about my Resume, prior internships, devops and SQL. But interviewer mentioned that they needed a experienced candidate instead of Student, which is quite weird because the job role was exact opposite to this claim
Result = Not selected
