SAS SAS Developer interview questions

One of the most pathetic companies i have ever come across in my career. They just tend to play with the emotion of the candidates. I was asked to come for Face to Face discussion for 3 times and then after clearing all the rounds i had a round with Department Head then HR manager. After all these rounds i was asked to share my current CTC and when i shared my current CTC they didn't turn up for a week. And when i asked for an update they send a system generated mail saying that your profile doesn't meet our immediate requirement. My question to their management is if my profile wasn't meeting their requirement then were they sleeping for all the rounds that they were assessing me..
