Interview
You take an exam on a web platform with problems related to algorithms and databases (you can chose how many problems of each topic and the difficulty for 1 hour). Then technical interview with focus on CV and OOP basic programming concepts.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Problem with sorting algorithms and frequencies. Other related to OOP concepts.

Interview
First of all, punctuality and respect for candidates leave much to be desired. I was scheduled for an interview at 3:00 PM and arrived even earlier, at 2:50 PM. I called several times, but no one answered until 3:05 PM, by which point I had already gone up to the office myself to announce my presence.
The working conditions are far from decent: there's no kitchen, the space is old, poorly maintained, with damaged furniture and poor hygiene. The keyboard I used for one of the two technical tests (HackerRank – SQL and algorithms) was extremely greasy and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months.
The recruitment process seemed poorly organized and outdated. On top of that, they expect you to go through two technical interviews without even telling you the salary range for the position. Basically, it's “do the interviews and we’ll see later what we offer you.”
What’s worse is that I wasn’t given any information about the company, the position I applied for, the work schedule, the working environment, benefits, or any other relevant details. It felt like a completely one-sided discussion where I was expected to give everything and get nothing in return, only to be sat in front of a PC solving exercises for an hour.
In terms of organizational culture, things feel rigid and suffocating. There's a strong micromanagement approach, with daily meetings where each employee must report what they did—probably also justify why a task took 5 hours instead of 2. All of this in an environment that feels more like a military institution than a professional, collaborative workplace. Everything is strictly on-site, and there’s absolutely no freedom or flexibility.
Last but not least, the interaction with the recruiter was unpleasant. She displayed a superior, condescending attitude and seemed more focused on asserting her authority than creating an open and constructive dialogue. The overall impression was that she’s more of an authoritarian and arrogant person than an actual HR professional. She seemed like the type who gets along well with the boss and takes advantage of that.
In conclusion, I strongly advise against working in such a toxic environment—unless you’re entry-level and just looking to gain some basic experience. Good luck and all the best!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They leave you alone for an hour in front of the computer and you have to solve SQL and algorithm problems on HackerRank — you can choose the problems, but they prefer you pick medium-level ones.
The second interview is also technical, where (from what I understood) you’ll speak directly with the team leader, who will ask you various questions.
There might even be a third one.
