Interview
The interview was in three stages, where in the first stage a founder told me about the company and their business, in the second phase I described my professional background and the technologies I liked to work with most, and in the third part we had a technical quiz about programming in Java which was unpreceeded. I learned even new things during the interview.

Interview
It was the perfect interview for me, i've answered all questions correctly, and they even said "ok, we're satisfied, we have nothing further to ask". Then after 2 days, they rejected me. The feedback they gave was "Your salary expectation were too high and because we would have to organize a Visa, we do not want to risk you looking for a different job immediately when you arrive even if we agreed on a lower salary."
The problem is i've never said anything about money during any of the interviews.
