      The process of applying and getting invited to an interview was quite smooth and quick. The first interview with the talent acquisition person was one of the best interview I had. It was really professional and structured. What I did not like was the fact that I had to do a bit of chasing to get a feedback. And while the experience with the recruiter was good, the person replied that they were interviewing other candidates, but also said that it didn't mean anything. While I can appreciate the first part (part of the game), I really did not like the implied meaning of the second part. It was as if the recruiter held off telling me they were moving forward with others to keep me 'warm' (on a backup list). Then, they proceeded in ghosting me and never gave a proper response/feedback.
