Interview
Sent resume and was contacted immediately for an interview to come in and meet with Sales Manager and President. The Sales manager was newer to company and said "that he just started" but his success was based on my own success" that sounded reasonably enough as I appreciated the honesty as he said he does not know the business (cause he just started but knew sales)
Sales mgr said the President will make the final call on all decisions. (Everything meaning all hiring decisions)
Stated they do change things around periodically to make things better for the team but do not micro-manage.
Lots of phone calls and usually the first few months of travel until you get company credit card- will you be able to handle travel and getting reimbursed for traveling?
Seemed like a great atmosphere other employees were introduced. Smaller company but a huge footprint in technology in marking equipment.
Unfortunately I did not feel comfortable with company but a bunch of really nice people.
