Pros

Didn't have to report to the Pittsburgh office.

Cons

Toxic environment at the Pittsburgh office. In Sales they micro-manage you. They don't have a real accountant because he quit and was never replaced with a real CPA. So be very careful and watch your paycheck and 401k contributions as they will cheat you out of it. President has an ego the size of an elephant and condescends every employee especially women. Employee turnaround is the highest I have ever seen. It's a big joke when a new employee is hire and how long he will last before he quits or is fired.

Pros

It's a good place to learn about high school football. You can engrave some stuff for yourself for free. "Benefits" exist.

Cons

Not a good environment to develop engineering or design skills. Terrible culture, particularly in terms of work-life balance, professionalism, and customer relations - especially once upper management (i.e. the president) gets involved in a project. Benefits are about as minimal as imaginable - definitely not competitive, as they are not interested in competing for personnel. Their marking technology is pretty average - except the lasers; the lasers are pretty bad

Worst 401(k) Ever

Pros

I mean it wasn't all bad. There's lots of great lunch options in the area. The parking lot is sufficient. They had a really nice conference room.

Cons

So plenty of reviews cover how bad the work environment is. I won’t rehash that. First off, not enough bathrooms. Constantly waiting to go is no fun. More importantly, the worst 401(k) I’ve ever had. Heavy fees. Low matching. An adviser who’d rather complain about the state of the country than listen to your investment goals. And a HELL of a lot of vesting, which is important when almost nobody lasts more than a couple years.
