I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SIMCOM Training Centers (Orlando, FL) in Mar 2013

Interview

Very poor. COO explained that he didn't care what kind of education you had are experience, it meant nothing to him. He was a very arrogant man. He explained that he had no formal education and he had to work his way up. Haven't we all? Just some spent the extra time to acquire and education along the way.
