Interview
In three different dates, semi-informal setting, with attendance of General Manager, Pedagogical Manager. In order: first contact, interview to get to know you better, negotiation of conditions. In general, not excessively stressful, they know how to get the information they need without you almost noticing. Very professional in general, an average level of difficulty and they didn't waste time not go to specific quizzes or tests.

They wanted to make sure about past employments and real skills. So, for example, they asked if I could provide trusted people phone numbers related to my professional life or they asked me if I was ready to give a demonstration class.
