Interview
Interview involved a wide range of questions, from personality and behavioural to technical ones. Interviewers were friendly and encouraging. The assessment process also involved a contract-review exercise, but specific oil and gas experience is not necessary. As long as you demonstrate your ability to think, that's what matters the most.

Interview
Started with an initial screening interview and proceeded to an interview with an in-house attorney hiring manager. They were both friendly. The second interview was more difficult and lasted about an hour. There were some position-specific questions and some general interview questions.
Screening interview with recruiter filled by a phone interview with hiring manager and finally a day long f2f on-site interview with various peers, managers and business leaders. Lunch and multiple site tours/visits.
