During the phone interview with Smith Bits, a Schlumberger Company now, I was asked basic questions that pertained to my resume. Afterwards, I was flown into Texas for a 1:1 interview with 4 different team members that I may be working with if I get hired. Then I took a tour around the facility.

Difficult and mentally challenging. Requires up to 3 stages. 1-group dynamics where you are tested in groups. You have group activities and is watched. After group activities you have group interview and you eliminate your own group-mates. At this stage, be selfish and think of yourself. You want this job as much as they do. 2-individual interview. Only selected individuals after the group stage make it here. This is where technical & personality questions are asked. Be prepared. 3-managerial stage iv. Didn’t made it to this stage
