Interview
first interview 1-1 with D & M manager, it went well so I was invited to a second group interview that lasted 2 days and consisted of presentations, group activities, information sessions, a tour of the local facilities and a second 1-1 interview. Second interview was honest look at what the job entailed and a problem solving skills test that included mathematical problem solving skills and einstein's riddle.

Question 1
The gave me two fairly difficult problem solving questions. one was a mathematical problem and the other was Einstein's riddle.
Einstein's Riddle was a question that was deductive and logical reasoning. It basically said there were 5 different colour houses in a row on a street, a person of a different nationality lives in each house, they each have a different favourite pet, drink and cigarette. The question consisted of logical statements from which you should make a table to assign characteristics to each house. The only question at the end was who owns a fish? the only way to answer the question properly is to logically reason it out.

Interview
The process began with applying through their official website.
We received an email containing the date and location of the Aptitude test. Passing the test qualifies us for an interview with the Human Resources department.
Note: The test date and time were specified in the email for the day after we received it. To be honest, you could have postponed it if needed, and this doesn't necessarily happen to everyone, but it did, which is why I mentioned this so anyone can keep this in mind when applying.
The Aptitude test consisted of 50 questions, with a 50-minute time limit, distributed as follows:
20 questions in English
20 questions in mathematics
10 questions in intelligence. The questions ranged from easy to medium to difficult, and overall, the test was not challenging.
After completing the test, we waited for the grading process. Those who didn't pass were thanked and encouraged to reapply before leaving. Those who passed went directly to the Human Resources interview.
They asked me to prepare a presentation about myself, then there was a group interview call where we had a case study. And finally they had a one on one in the end where they ask about weaknesses, strengths etc.
