Submitted online application and got a call within a week. It was a telephonic HR interview. Questions were based on resume and standard questions on strengths and weaknesses. He asked if i would be interested hardware design and nothing out of the blue or unexpected.

Difficult and mentally challenging. Requires up to 3 stages. 1-group dynamics where you are tested in groups. You have group activities and is watched. After group activities you have group interview and you eliminate your own group-mates. At this stage, be selfish and think of yourself. You want this job as much as they do. 2-individual interview. Only selected individuals after the group stage make it here. This is where technical & personality questions are asked. Be prepared. 3-managerial stage iv. Didn’t made it to this stage
Virtual interview with both engineering manager, where they tell about the current project and why should choose SLB. Why choose to work in singapore. How to handle stress. Discuss about the team size. What should we offer
