J'ai fait une candidature spontanée via le site internet, j'ai été rappelée dans les deux semaines qui ont suivi pour des entretiens:
3 entretiens techniques de 45 minutes environ
1 entretien ressources humaines
1 présentation de mon PhD avec questions devant le département
J'ai obtenu une réponse très rapidement après les entretiens.
Dans certains cas, il y a un entretien collectif préalable avec les ressources humaines.

Interview
Met recruiters at university career fair. Then interview on university campus, followed by phone interview with group managers at site, followed by 1-day site interview. Site interview consisted of a technical presentation followed by a day full of 30-minute interviews with different technical staff members. Individual interviews involved some technical questions and some questions about career interests, career ambitions, flexibility, ability to meet deadlines, etc. Very culturally diverse organization. The particular group I interviewed with was a product development group and quite deadline-driven. Very focused on delivering on technical/business objectives.
