Group discussion and mixer event the day before. Hotel is paid for where the interviews are scheduled. 4-5 interviews next day with different managers from different groups needing different things. There is no pattern as to how they will evaluate you. It is mostly by need basis. All managers could be from manufacturing or all of them could be from different functions.

1-2 hour interview at facility--- reviewed resume, and was very brief. Did not go into too much detail about job. Ask a few technical questions-- not many.
