2 stage interview. If pass the first round, the next round should be arranged in about 2 weeks or so. Interviewers were friendly and interested to find out more about the individual.
Hiring managers shared a clear overview of the job scope, ensuring that the candidate's expectations were aligned with what the role entails. The team environment and culture were approachable. If shortlisted, there would be another round of face-to-face interview. HR was friendly and proactive.
Very easy process, no tricky questions nor hard questions. Vary casual as well. Interviewers wanted to know more of my background and what is expected of the role. Their screening process isn’t very thorough though, which says a lot on the company
