I have asked about my National insurance number and previous education and about availability for early morning shifts. Just about personal things. They told me that they will mail me back after week but I didn't get any response.

How would travel because most of the shifts are early morning?
Informal interviews focused on candidate personality and competence, experience was not an issue as they train you.
Very professional and on time
Lasted 20-30 minutes, availability and holidays discussed putting me at ease and expected hours were explained to promote a fair working environment

Straight forward interview process, not many questions asked if I remember correctly it was just the regular things about customer service, communication skills and scenario question, transferable skills etc etc
