Consists of 2 rounds, For the first round, you will be alone with multiple project managers looking for the right fit for their project and be asked your interests, what you are looking for, your citizenship status and NS vocation (if you are a guy). For the next round, if a project selects you, you will be asked deeper on your portfolio and also a quick technical assessment. Do note that the interview can be quite intimidating as it will be on teams and all of the interviewers will not have their cameras turned on

Panel Interview. Different managers will take turn interviewing you. If one of them find you a good fit for their team/role, pretty much guaranteed to be accepted. If not, if your personality is good and eager to learn, they will accept you and send you to their in-house academy to upskill you before attaching you to a project.
