I did an initial phone interview where I was asked basic questions about why I was interested in STCU, my current job duties, and my experience with different software.
I was later brought in for an in person interview, and I was very impressed with the process. I recieved a call from the talent acquisition representative and I had my interview two days later. The hiring managers and talent acquisition rep even drove to me to accommodate my current work schedule.
The actually interview was hands down the most fun interview I have ever had. We were all laughing and having fun, and the process felt very smooth and natural.
