They talked to me about 10 min and hired me took a typing test started full time worked afternoons for a couple of months then promoted to days and a different job. I loved my work just not the management

It wasn't so much an interview as a search for anything with a pulse. I was "interviewed" in a group of 10 people. We weren't asked any job related questions. It felt more like a book club meeting because everybody was talking about their lives and none of it had anything to do with the job.
