They asked me to tell them about me then They asked about my availability why I wanted to work there. My intentions of working with the job also asked me my available. Start date if I was to get hiredand it was a very quick interview
There wasn't really an interview. I called the store and asked if they were hiring. I was hired shortly after with very little work experience prior. It was very easy.
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Safeway (Vancouver, WA) in Aug 2024
Interview
The interview was 20 minutes long with the Starbucks manager and the assistant bookkeeper. We met in the backroom and I was asked your typical customer service jobs questions. Look up general customer service questions on Google

Interview
Submitted online, got a text from a recruiter to set up the interview. Met with General Manager, had a short interview and then asked some questions about the training. It was very pleasant and easy, they just wanted to know you would provide good customer service and were reliable.
