Interview
The lady that took me in for the interview was the assistant manager, Jane, she was very friendly and thorough with her questions. She asked me many many questions regarding the customer service side of things, It was actually quite easy.

Question 1
What would you do if a customer is randomly walking around confused?
It was fast and easy, very proactive people and organized. On the first day I received the call, and I was happy about it. They hire fast. If in the first 2 weeks you don't receive a call, check again.
Didn't ask any hard questions, just when availability was and if was over 18 (in order to be cashier). Didn't have to wait long to be called into the office.

Interview
When I came in for the interview, I was brought back to the office. We went over previous work scenarios and how I handled them. I was given a choice between two departments. I received an offer letter then and there.
