Applied online, and got the interview set up with the recruiter. Interviewed with panel of 3 Pricing Managers. They didn't talk about the position, but went straight to the questions. Typical behavioral based questions. Tell me when you did something wonderful...About an hour interview. Was told that they would get back to me within 2 to 3 weeks. Three weeks went by, and no response. Emailed recruiter, who said in another week they would have their decision. Two more weeks go by, and I ask the recruiter again. She, said "oh, they filled it". Ask for feedback as to my interview but the panel didn't give me any. Not very corporate responsible. I believe that the whole interview was a formality, and that they already had their candidate selected.

Structured interview questions pulled from a question bank. Interview format should be situation, thought process, action, results, take away. It was a panel interview because there were multiple hiring managers, otherwise I believe it would be only two or three interviewers.
