Interview
There wasn't much involved in the interview process. I just submitted my resume, and had a five minute conversation with the store manager. There was a drug test that I completed after being hired, and also a background check that was completed after I began working there. It was not difficult, and was a fairly quick process.

Question 1
They are focused on customer service reviews, so they had some role-play about helping customers out that was a little unexpected.
It was straightforward; I suggest taking some time to refine your experience and expand your vocabulary, so you can respond quickly and with professionalism. They seemed to be a little picky but you should be fine.
asked basic questions and was a very fast interviewing process. I was able to find out within the same day that I got the job, very nice. staff and everyone is friendly.
