Once selected for an interview you will sit with the Safeway hiring manager and Starbucks manager to see if your personality and qualifications will be a fit. They will ask how large your "personal bubble" is due to limited space in the kiosk.

Pretty good, the manager makes you wait a little to test your patience but otherwise they ask you basic questions on your experience, though I was lucky enough to get a position on courtesy server.
