Q: Why did you apply to Sage? What would you add to the company?
Q: What is your biggest achievement in terms of software development.
Q: What is your greatest achievement
Q: What are the steps to write a computer program? Explain it to someone who doesn't have any experience in computing.
Online assessments, vedio interview, mini hackathon, culture fit, the process was fast and handled professionally, even the panel was very nice, the aim is to be very free during the interview so that you can explain your thought process nicely
2 Rounds in total
1 - Online Assessment ( Submit Videos of Questions asked regarding the role and workstyle)
2 - In person (Assessment Center) In a group of people was given a problem statement and we as a group had to come up with a solution to solve it, the whole process was looked over constantly by a panel of members
Then one on one interviews were scheduled with the hiring team, here a mix of technical and scenario based questions were a asked by the team.

Interview
The interview had two parts.
Part 1: A gamified assessment with about 10 short mini-games. Each game was quite simple and only took a short time to complete.
Part 2: A video interview with three questions.
For each question, you get one minute to prepare and two minutes to record your answer. You can record up to two attempts per question. The whole interview must be completed within five working days.
