It took several weeks for me to hear back from the recruiter after I applied, but the interview process moved quickly after that. Screening call --> interview with future manager --> panel interview with mock cold calls. I prepared for the mock calls by watching youtube videos on call techniques and watching webinars about Sage's product.

Incompetent and unprofessional managers running role play interview for employees with no accountability. Panel interview with 3 managers and all of them joined late causing distraction. They were very unorganized and were not on same page.

One of the most robust interview processes I have ever seen, I've worked at Salesforce, Google and Meta. Sage is by far more innovative and really have their stuff together.
