The interview rounds were fairly simple and easygoing. I interviewed for 3 different rounds, which took about 3-4 weeks. At the end, I was told by the recruiter that I had been given positive feedback for the interview; however, the hiring manager does not have the necessary approvals from the finance team for my hiring. It was not professional of the company to waste a candidate's time and effort, which could have been utilised in other potential opportunities in this tough and competitive job market.
