Standard CSM interview process. Recruiter screening, two 30 minute interviews, a writing assessment and a presentation. I left with a good feeling about Sailthru and the team - Abby, the recruiter, was very responsive which was a breath of fresh air.

I applied online and a recruiter reached out to me to schedule a phone interview in a few days. After the appointment was scheduled, I decided to study on the company and gather information regarding the role to be prepared for the phone screen. The interview was cancelled THE DAY OF... No email was sent, simply a calendar cancellation. Very unprofessional. I later sent an email to the recruiter to reschedule, the reply was that they had chosen someone that was far along in the process. Why reach out to someone and waste their time if they are not serious about the whole position? This company just left a bad taste in my mouth especially after reading about big layoffs the year before...
