Sailthru interview questions

Standard CSM interview process. Recruiter screening, two 30 minute interviews, a writing assessment and a presentation. I left with a good feeling about Sailthru and the team - Abby, the recruiter, was very responsive which was a breath of fresh air.

Recruiter phone screen 1st Technical Video Screen: Go over your technical experience, Sailthru's technology stack, team, etc. 2nd Technical Video Screen: One algorithm problem (leetcode easy) that required using hashmaps to solve and one Linux command problem (involving text parsing with grep, awk, sort, etc.) Virtual Onsite: System design problem involving microservices, database, event-driven communication, distributed caching, etc. Involving designing one of Sailthru's sub-system.
