I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Sales Marker (Tokyo) in Apr 2025
Interview
Booking the interview was smooth. The first interview was with 2 QA engineers. It was enjoyable. They asked questions about work experience. The result of the interview was promptly shared within a few days.

Question 1
There was a live question regarding their application. What do you think it is?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sales Marker (Tokyo) in Jan 2025
Interview
The interview process included the following steps:
1. Online skill assessment
2. Technical interview
3. Manager interview
4. Final interview
The questions in the online skill assessment and technical interview were very basic. Although I believe I performed exceptionally well, they chose not to invite me for the next round. That said, even if I had received an offer, the role and the company itself didn’t seem compelling enough to justify a job change.
Their hiring process gave the impression that they might not have a genuine position available and are simply interviewing candidates without a clear purpose. As a smaller company, they should be making an effort to market themselves to potential employees, but this was not evident during the process. My advice to their hiring team would be to avoid wasting applicants’ time on seemingly non-existent positions and to clearly communicate why candidates should consider joining their company.
