You're brought into a meeting room with the collections manager of the department you applied to work at, along with the head curator (who is above the former). They sit across from you and ask you questions, mostly about why you would like this specific job, etc. It's very standard, and as long as you love the subject matter of the department you wish to work for, you should do fine. Just be honest, polite, and enthusiastic.
