Initially, I received a rejection email before any interview. Later, I had a very brief phone call with an HR representative, which mainly informed me that the position’s hiring process would start after summer, and they would contact me then. However, shortly afterward, I also received a rejection email again, which was confusing.

Interview
Pros:
• The initial interview stages were well-structured and professional.
• The team seemed knowledgeable and welcoming during earlier rounds.
Cons:
• The final step of the process was extremely frustrating. I was asked to visit their headquarters in Stockholm more than twice, with no support for travel costs.
• After completing the interview process, I was left waiting for three weeks without any updates, despite repeatedly following up.
• Ultimately, I received a generic rejection email, which felt dismissive given the significant time and effort I invested.
Advice to Management:
Respect candidates’ time and financial investment in your process. If you ask someone to travel multiple times for interviews, provide assistance with expenses and ensure timely communication, regardless of the outcome.
