Complete Waste of time.
First, you apply and then they ask you to complete an "evaluation". They say it's a 30 min evaluation that starts with re-typing your resume information and contact.
Then watch a 22 min video and then answer multiple essay-style questions.
The forms they use for these essay questions reset, break format, have multiple bugs, and work like they were coded in a JAVA applet from 1984.
Is this a GeoCities web page to collect applicant resumes?
I would work for any company that has this level of recruiting incompetence.
Especially now as there is a labor shortage. I can see why this Fred Flintstone-inspired form page is not exactly drawing talent.
