San Telmo interview questions

Had an initial screening interview with a member of the HR and he asked a series of questions, some relevant but others like asking where I lived, where I was looking at moving to and if I was renting or buying and if I lived alone. Super odd series of questions just to immediately receive a rejection email with no cited reason.
