The first round of the interview process consisted of an assessment test designed to evaluate both coding skills and problem-solving abilities. The second round was a Personal Interview (PI), which focused on foundational concepts in Java and software engineering. During this round, the interviewers posed questions to gauge the candidate's understanding of core Java principles, such as object-oriented programming, data structures, and exception handling. Furthermore, candidates were evaluated on their grasp of software engineering practices, including software development methodologies, design patterns, and system architecture. This round aimed to assess not only the candidates' technical expertise but also their ability to communicate and articulate complex ideas effectively. Overall, the interview process thoroughly evaluated candidates' technical skills and their potential fit within the team.

Interview
HR Screening Round – A basic discussion about my background, experience, current role, and expectations. They also verified my fit for the position and discussed salary expectations and notice period.
Technical Round – This focused on my hands-on experience in automation testing, programming fundamentals, framework design, API testing, debugging approach, and scenario-based questions.
Managerial Round – The hiring manager evaluated my problem-solving approach, ownership, teamwork, communication, and how I handle real-time challenges in projects. They also discussed my past achievements and how I can contribute to the team.
Final Review & Offer – After clearing all rounds, HR shared the compensation structure, role details, and next steps.
