C'était une mobilité en interne donc la candidature c'est fait en interne. La candidature était appuyée par des recommandations de mon ancienne équipe. Le dépot du dossier de candidature c'est fait sur l'intranet puis le passage des entretiens à été réalisé avec le managing director du cluster, le DRH du cluster et les key regional stakeholder. Negotiation du salaire et des avantages ensuite. Puis déplacement sur place pour voir le bureau et l'équipe.

Facil. Una con Rrhh y otra con tu manager. La entrevista suele durar Media hora nomas. La idea es Contar un poco tu recorrido. Importante estar recomendado para pasar el primer filtro.
There are total 3rounds interview, 1st round with talent acquisition manager and the specialist, 2nd round with hiring manager & the department head, final round with GM & regional HR,
Smooth and nice processed by the recruiter. The hiring manager and the interview panel were direct and focused. There are several rounds but the timeline was too long. Accepted another offer.
